I would like to change the branch where my holds are picked up.

 

You can change the registered branch and pickup location for your holds by contacting us through phone, email, or chat!

If you are placing a request, you can also select a different pickup location and check the box that asks if you want all future holds to go to that new location. It will then default to a different pickup location, but your registered branch remains the same.
